LSBA Government and Public Law Section to Host Seminar Dec. 17-18 The LSBA Government and Public Law Section will host a two-day seminar, Dec. 17-18, at the Renaissance Hotel in Baton Rouge (7000 Bluebonnet Blvd.). This year’s theme is “Practice in the Public Sector XIV.” The program has been approved for 12.5 hours of CLE credit, including 1 hour of ethics and 1 hour of professionalism. Speakers will discuss recent fraud investigations in Louisiana, how to get through federal litigation, and data breach litigation.
