Dues Reminder: Pay Dues/Assessment, File Statement/Trust Account Disclosure The 2022-23 LSBA membership dues, the Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board (LADB) assessment, the Attorney Registration Statement and the Louisiana Supreme Court Trust Account Disclosure and Overdraft Notification Authorization were all due on July 1.File your Attorney Registration Statement and Trust Account Disclosure Form and pay the 2022-23 Annual Dues and LADB Assessment by 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 10, to avoid receiving a Delinquent Notice. Delinquent Notices will be mailed Aug. 15 to members who have not complied. Attorneys who fail to timely pay their assessment and dues and file their registration statement and trust account disclosure will ultimately be subject to monetary penalties and certification of ineligibility to practice law, pursuant to the Association’s By-Laws and the Supreme Court’s Rule XIX.
