Louisiana Bar Center: Upcoming Holiday Closures The Louisiana Bar Center will be closed on Monday, Jan. 15, in observance of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. The office will reopen at 8:30 a.m. Jan. 16. Also, the Bar Center will be closed on Monday and Tuesday, Feb. 12-13, in observance of Mardi Gras. The office will reopen on Wednesday, Feb. 14.
