LBLS Recertification Applications Mailed Oct. 1 The Louisiana Board of Legal Specialization has mailed recertification applications to specialists whose certification expires on Dec. 31, 2019. The completed application, with a $100 check payable to the “Louisiana Board of Legal Specialization,” should be mailed or delivered to LBLS, c/o Specialization Director Mary Ann Wegmann, 601 St. Charles Ave., New Orleans, LA 70130-3404, no later than Friday, Nov. 1, 2019, to avoid penalties.
