Send Your Summer Law Clerks to U.S. District Court Middle District of Louisiana On Wednesday, July 22, from 8 am to Noon, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana will host summer law clerks who wish to learn about civil and criminal proceedings in federal district court. This program is designed for current law students who have completed at least 1 year of law school. There is no cost for summer law clerks to attend the program. Click here for additional information and to register. Space is limited, so law clerks should not be accompanied by a practicing attorney or other law firm staff. Complete the online registration form by Monday, July 20. Registration requests will be honored on a first-come, first-served basis and a waitlist will be maintained once the event reaches maximum capacity. A confirmation email with additional details will follow submission of the registration form, typically within 72 hours.
