2020 LSBA Annual Meeting & Joint Summer School Cancelled Due to the ongoing public health and safety issues related to COVID-19, the Board of Governors, in conjunction with the Louisiana Judicial College, has made the difficult decision to cancel the 2020 LSBA Annual Meeting and Joint LJC/LSBA Summer School.This decision has not been made lightly; it was made after considering all factors, including the continuing uncertainty as a result of this pandemic. The LSBA will immediately issue full refunds (in the original form of payment) to all who have registered for this meeting. All individuals who have made reservations within the LSBA room block at Sandestin (https://www.sandestin.com/) should cancel immediately. In accordance with the LSBA’s contract with the resort, there is no penalty for reservations cancelled at least 14 days prior to arrival. While cancellation of the Annual Meeting and Joint Summer School is unprecedented, so are the times in which we are currently living. We look forward to resuming business as usual and to resuming this meeting in 2021. Please mark your calendars now for Sunday, June 6 through Friday, June 11, 2021, when we will return to Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort for this meeting.
