LSBA Young Lawyers Division’s 2016-17 Officers and Council Installed The officers and council members were installed June 8, in conjunction with the LSBA’s Annual Meeting in Destin, Fla.Scotty E. Chabert, Jr. of Baton Rouge was installed as 2016-17 YLD chair by Judge Guy P. Holdridge, 23rd Judicial District Court, Gonzales. Chabert is an assistant district attorney for the 18th Judicial District and a partner in the Baton Rouge firm of Saunders & Chabert. Also sworn in as officers were Chair-Elect Bradley J. Tate, tax manager for Carr, Riggs & Ingram, L.L.C., in Metairie (he will assume the chair’s position in 2017-18); Secretary Dylan T. Thriffiley, a compliance director for Ochsner Health System in New Orleans; and Immediate Past Chair Erin O. Braud, staff counsel for GuideOne Insurance Co. in New Orleans.
