House of Delegates Jan. 24 Meeting The LSBA’s House of Delegates approved four resolutions and elected delegates to Committees at its Midyear Meeting on Saturday, Jan. 24, at the Renaissance Baton Rouge Hotel.Larry E. Pichon (14th Judicial District) was elected to serve as chair of the House of Delegates Liaison Committee for 2026-27. Kristen D. Amond (41st Judicial District) was elected to serve a three-year term on the House of Delegates Liaison Committee.
