Please register with the Louisiana State Bar Association before submitting your Oath of Admission to the Louisiana Supreme Court.
In this simple 4 step process you will:

1. Identify yourself.
2. Submit demographic and contact information.
3. Generate and download a completed Louisiana State Bar Association Registration Card and Louisiana State Bar Association Attorney Registration Statement.
4. Submit Payment

NOTE: Forms can be filed electronically, and fees can be paid online with Credit card by following the above steps.

LSBA New Admittee Membership Registration:  $80.00
LADB New Admittee Assessment:  $115.00

* The membership year runs from July 1 through June 30, effective January 2020, members newly admitted January 1 through June 30 shall not pay dues for the membership year of admission.

Candidates are advised to complete the registration process, including submitting the required forms and paying required fees to the Louisiana Supreme Court and to the LSBA, prior to their admission date.
