Co-Sponsored by the Health Law Section - Section Members Receive $25 Discount!!

This engaging Health Law and Policy seminar offers a timely overview of the current state of healthcare in Louisiana, with a focus on access, affordability, and delivery challenges. Participants will receive insights into key 2025 legislative developments from the Louisiana Senate that impact providers, patients, and insurers alike. A special session will examine pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs) and the corruption of patient care. Attendees will also hear from the newly appointed administrator of the Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board, offering an update on professional conduct issues affecting healthcare attorneys. The seminar will further explore Louisiana’s evolving stance on physician non-compete agreements and how new interpretations are reshaping medical practice. We’ll end the day by highlighting current trends in healthcare enforcement.
