This seminar will explore key issues facing real estate practitioners, including strategies for effective commercial lease negotiations and how to protect and enforce real estate rights when deals unravel. Speakers will address critical considerations in real estate sales, with a focus on waiver of redhibition and risk management. The program will also highlight professionalism and ethical responsibilities in real estate transactions, including practical guidance on lawyer advertising. Attendees will gain insights to strengthen their real estate practice and avoid common pitfalls in both transactional and litigation settings.

Registration Fee, Cancellations and Refunds

• After September 19 ................ $375

(The fee includes electronic course materials, coffee/refreshments, and seminar attendance.)

Methods of payment include check, VISA, MC, & Discover. Cash payment not permitted.

Cancellation of registration must be received in writing by the LSBA no later than Sept. 19. Cancellations will receive a full refund, less a $30 administrative charge. Absolutely no refunds will be made after Sept. 19.


CLE CREDITS:  Approved for a maximum of 6.25 hours of CLE credit, including 1 hour of ethics and 1 hour of professionalism, is pending.
