This timely seminar confronts the shifting immigration landscape in the new Trump era, equipping practitioners with the tools to fight removal efforts, challenge defective NTAs, and meet burdens of proof in high-stakes cases. From managing ICE raids and audits to navigating the ever-changing USCIS policy directives, our faculty will provide critical insights into defending clients and protecting due process. Explore cutting-edge strategies for federal court challenges against agency actions, and gain a sharper understanding of parole programs, asylum, and humanitarian remedies such as the U Visa. The program also examines labor and employment intersections, including everything attorneys should know about H-1B, H-2A, and H-2B guest worker programs, while addressing compliance challenges faced by employers large and small. A special focus will be placed on non-immigrant visa options for start-ups, entrepreneurs, and small businesses—helping lawyers guide their clients through opportunities for growth while avoiding pitfalls in adjudication. With a comprehensive look at removal defense, agency litigation, and business immigration pathways, this seminar offers lawyers  a powerful blend of practical skills, policy updates, and strategic foresight in the changing landscape of immigration law.
