This program will feature a panel comprised of the four generations currently represented in the legal workplace.  The panel will review the distinct attributes of each generation and discuss methodologies to improve communication, encourage collaboration, and increase workplace productivity.  The program will offer practical insight into the impact of generational (mis)perceptions to relationships among attorneys, judges as well as clients and identify best practices to filter implicit generational bias/stereotypes before they negatively infect professional legal relationships or the administration of justice.
