After decades in the tax profession—first as a CPA and then as a seasoned attorney—I’ve never been more concerned. Too often, both taxpayers and advisors simply throw up their hands when asked, “What the heck?” In today’s uncertain climate, what guidance can we offer when even the government seems unclear?
This seminar brings together top-tier experts who have spent their careers navigating the murky waters of IRS and state-level tax procedures. With deep, hands-on experience resolving complex issues—including up-to-the-minute insights into the IRS and the Louisiana Department of Revenue—our speakers will provide clarity, strategies, and a forward-looking perspective you won’t find elsewhere.
Oh, and in case you missed it: Louisiana taxpayers got a “raise” this year with a reduced income tax rate of 3%. What does that mean in practice? We’ll cover that, too.
Registration Fee, Cancellations & Refunds:
• Advanced Registration ... $350
• After August 27 ............... $375
(The fee includes electronic course materials, coffee/refreshments, and seminar attendance.)
Cancellation of registration must be received in writing by the LSBA no later than August 27. Cancellations will receive a full refund, less a $30 administrative charge. Absolutely no refunds will be made after August 27.
