Destination Disney—the Louisiana State Bar Association's Continuing Legal Education Program Committee will sponsor its eleventh seminar at WALT DISNEY WORLD® Resort.

This Multi-Topic seminar qualifies for CLE credit, including ethics and professionalism, and will feature speakers well-versed in their respective areas. The topics are intended to be of general interest to all practitioners and are addressed with sufficient detail to be informative, interesting and useful.

Room rates at the Disney Grand Floridian Resort and Spa® are
$269 per night (excluding taxes of 12.5%.) The rates are for single/double occupancy, with a charge of $25 for each additional person 18 and older.  These rates will be honored three days prior to (check-in Feb. 21) and three days after (check out March 6) the official meeting dates. Members are urged to register early, as there are only a limited number of rooms available at the discounted rates listed above.

Complimentary admittance to the Hotel’s Health Club, free local, 800 or 888 calls made from the guest room phones, complimentary Wi-Fi in guest rooms, complimentary self-parking, and
Disney’s Magical Express service for attendees staying overnight at the Hotel that are traveling through Orlando International Airport (provided this service is offered to guests at the Hotel at the time of the meeting). This service will consist of complimentary airport shuttle, luggage delivery and remote airline check-in service on participating airlines for domestic flights only, subject to the terms and conditions in effect for this service at that time. To reserve Disney's Magical Express, call (866) 599-0951. Your Grand Floridian Resort confirmation # and your flight information are required to make a reservation.

Members are urged to register early, as there are only a limited number of rooms available at the discounted rates listed above. In order to reserve a hotel room (2 rooms maximum allowed), you must be registered for the seminar.

Deposit & Cancellation at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa®
A deposit equal to one night's sleeping room rate, plus applicable taxes, is required to confirm your reservation on a definite basis. The deposit can be made by using one of the following major credit cards: VISA, American Express, MasterCard, Diners Club Card, and Discover. Refund of deposit for cancellation will be returned if made five days prior to scheduled arrival and a cancellation number is obtained. Otherwise, deposit is forfeited.

cut-off date for reservations is Noon on Wednesday, February 1. Reservation requests received after this date are subject to guest room availability. Prevailing rates will apply.

Check in is 3 p.m. and check-out is 11 a.m. If arriving early, sleeping rooms may not be available. Luggage may be stored with the hotel’s guest services staff.

Cancellations and Refunds (LSBA)
Cancellation of registration must be received in writing by the LSBA no later than January 20. Cancellations will receive a full refund, less a $30 administrative charge. Absolutely no refunds will be made after January 20.
