You will be asked to submit your registration through your LSBA member account using your Bar Number and Password. If you do not have a bar number please contact Amy Duncan at amy.duncan@lsba.org to register.

In addition to the regularly scheduled programming, the conference will also offer a CINC pre-conference (by invitation) on Thursday, October 18 and a three-hour training on PRIME Options on Friday, October 19, hosted by the Louisiana Bar Foundation (see agenda and qualifier below).  If you would like to register for either events, simply add the item to your shopping cart upon registration check out.  

We will also distribute two Civil Legal Aid Awards to recognize colleagues who have developed innovative ways of delivering legal services and provided exemplary service to those most in need. To nominate a colleague or organization for a Civil Legal Aid Award click here.

After submitting your registration, a confirmation page will appear and your information will be submitted to ATJ staff for approval. Final confirmation number will be sent to the email address on file with the LSBA.  YOU MUST HAVE YOUR CONFIRMATION NUMBER TO SIGN-IN THE DAY OF THE EVENT. Important Note: This program is Paper-Free! The LSBA is working on ways to reduce the amount of paper we use at seminars and symposia. This is an effort both to be responsible toward our environment and to increase the quality and timeliness of the resources provided through this learning experience. Electronic program materials are accessible via a link where attendees can download/save OR download/print the seminar materials.  We suggest you print the materials in advance and bring them with you. If you choose to review the materials from your laptop, we strongly suggest you charge your laptop battery, as electrical outlets may be limited. Internet access may not be available in the meeting rooms.

Any registrant cancelling hotel reservations after October 5, 2018, or failing to check into requested accommodations, will incur a room cancellation charge of $150. Registration may be cancelled prior to October 5, 2018 without incurring any charges. Please email joanna.laidler@lsba.org to notify of any changes or cancellations. 

FIGHTING FOR JUSTICE

This year’s conference theme is one based in unification. The conference will highlight the ways in which the justice community is working together to right wrongs and protect all Louisianans regardless of income through the provision of critical civil legal aid.
