Registration Fees, Cancellations and Refunds

  • Section Members - $325 / $350 after Aug. 11
  • Non-Section Members - $350 / $375 after Aug. 11 

(The fee includes electronic course materials, coffee/refreshments, lunch, and seminar attendance.)

Cancellation of registration must be received in writing by the LSBA no later than Aug. 11. Cancellations will receive a full refund, less a $30 administrative charge. Absolutely no refunds will be made after Aug. 11.

HOTEL INFORMATION:
The LSBA has a small courtesy room block at the Hilton Baton Rouge Capitol Center Hotel. A discounted rate of $119 (not including tax) is offered to LSBA members. Contact: Reservations at 1-800-445-8667 or click this link HILTON BATON ROUGE CAPITOL CENTER for accommodations. Be sure to provide the code (LASBA) or ask for the "LA STATE BAR ASSOCIATION" group. Guests will then provide an arrival and departure dates to receive the group rate.  Please be aware your group rate is only available for arrival on 08/17/2022 and departing on 08/18/2022. This rate expires July 18, 2023.

CLE CREDITS:  A maximum of 6.25 hours of CLE credit, including 1 hour of ethics AND 6.25 hours of Health Law Specialization credit is approved.
