**FACULTY**
Jason Anders, armed with a law degree from LSU Law School and an M.B.A. in Finance from Baylor University, opened his solo practice in March 2019, where he focuses on business, contract, and succession litigation. Prior to hanging his own shingle, he was a partner with Montgomery, Barnett, Brown, Read, Hammond & Mintz, LLP, in the Business Practice Group. He can be reached at jason@anderslawfirm.com
Kurt A. Offner practices with Alvendia, Kelly, and Demarest, LLC and focuses on 18-wheeler accidents, auto accidents, work injuries, mass torts and first party insurance claims. His previous experience includes trial matters for a local insurance defense firm and a national insurance company representing insurance companies and trucking companies. A New Orleans native and a graduate of LSU’s law school and Jesuit High School, he was also a prosecutor for the New Orleans District Attorney’s Office.
Larry Port is the CEO of Rocket Matter, a leading legal cloud-based practice management and time and billing application. A nationally known speaker on technology, productivity, and the business of law, he is also an award-winning writer at the crossroads of the legal profession, cutting edge technology, and business management. Kathryn Scourby is the Principal of KNS Consulting, LLC, and advises firms as to business continuity, disaster preparedness, risk management and compliance. Her clients benefit from Kathy’s thirty-three year experience with international law firm Hunton Andrews Kurth, LLP, as the firm’s Business Continuity Manager. A frequent presenter at legal management and business continuity conferences, she has spoken with numerous state and local bar associations throughout the U.S.
