The LSBA Health Law Section will be hosting the 10th Annual "J. Barrett Benton" Health Law Section CLE program on December 6, 2019 at the Eliza Jane Hotel.  The panel of speakers includes nationally known healthcare practitioners presenting on relevant topics including recent healthcare fraud and abuse trends, legal and ethical issues in informed consent, legal issues in retail medicine and physicians/payer combinations.
