As always, there is never a dull moment in the workplace, even though the pandemic is over…or not? Join us for another informative and popular program that will help labor and employment practitioners keep up with the ever changing landscape in this arena. Our speakers will cover the hot issue of Artificial Intelligence and its impact on labor and employment law, a legal update on the many recent developments in the law impacting female workers and their employers, a session on the tragic and increasingly important issue of workplace violence and its legal implications for both employers and employees, our annual informative update from the EEOC, an important update on all of the many law changes coming from the NLRB that impact both union and nonunion employers and their lawyers, and the closing presentation on ethical issues that arise in the practice of employment law. And, of course, the always popular and entertaining recent developments in labor and employment law presentation by Professor Bill Corbett will be on the agenda. We look forward to seeing you on August 11, 2023 in New Orleans.
