THEME PARK TICKETS! 
Purchase discounted theme park tickets after you're registered! These are the only options and there are no other discounts offered. Visit
 DISNEY DISCOUNT TICKETS or to talk to a Disney Ticket Representative to place your order by phone, call (407) 566-5600. 

As a meeting/event attendee, you have access through this site to:

  • Special evening theme park tickets, not available at the gate.
  • Advance Purchase Savings on multi-day tickets when purchased prior to the start date of your meeting/event.
  • Multi-day tickets with an added BONUS!
  • Theme Park Tickets are valid up to seven days before, during and seven days after your meeting/event dates.

Purchase your tickets early before the new pricing takes effect.  We will post exact pricing changes as soon as that information is available.   

Meeting & Convention Ticket Offers -

  • With Disney's After 1 p.m. or After 5 p.m. evening tickets, you can stay focused on your agenda and then catch up with your family and friends after the day's business has concluded.
  • Advance Purchase Savings are available when you buy a Multi-Day ticket of two (2) or more days in length. Ticket(s) must be purchased prior to the start date of your event.
  • Multi-day tickets also include an added BONUS to one (1) select Disney attraction such as a Disney Water Park.
  • To enter a park, both a theme park reservation and valid admission for the same park on the same date are required for Guests ages 3 and up.

To View Discounted Prices:

  1. The guest will need to click through the entire process to pick the specific day which will change the price.
  2. Our 1 day tickets are now park hoppers which is why they are showing at a higher price.
  3. Once the guest clicks into both they will see the discounted prices but they must actually pick the dates they are choosing to visit in order to see this.  

(Please note that  tickets have an expiration date. Early notice of changes/cancellations is encouraged. For meals- attendees will need to cancel 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged. Click TERMS AND CONDITIONS regarding ticket purchases.)

Reservation Required for Entry - MUST READ!

To enter one of the parks, in addition to valid admission, each Guest is required to make a theme park reservation via the Disney Park Pass system. Learn more about what you need to know before you go! 

AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION -

Member Registration includes: Seminar attendance, continental breakfast on mornings of meetings, coffee breaks, and electronic program materials provided via link.

Early registration is encouraged as space and hotel rooms are limited. A confirmation email will be sent upon receiving registration form.

SEMINAR MATERIALS!  Electronic program materials are accessible via a link sent prior to the seminar, to the email address of record you provided to the LSBA. We suggest you print the materials in advance and bring them with you. If you choose to review the materials from your electronic device, we strongly suggest you charge the device’s battery, as electrical outlets may be limited.
(**On-Site Registrants will be provided the link to download electronic course materials at the time of registration. No printed materials will be available.**)

CLE CREDITS: This seminar has been approved for 13 hours of CLE credits, including  ethics and professionalism.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS 
Room rates at the Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa for single/double occupancy are $339 for Run of House rooms (excluding taxes of 12.5%). You will be charged $35 for each additional person 18 years and older. These rates will be honored three days prior to (check in Feb. 27) and three days after (check out March 9), subject to availability of group rate rooms. Members are urged to register early, as there are only a limited number of rooms available at the discounted rates listed above.

In order to reserve a hotel room (2 rooms maximum allowed), you must be registered for the seminar. A deposit equal to one night’s sleeping room rate, plus applicable taxes, is required to confirm your reservation on a definite basis. All reservations must be made with a credit card. No checks for room reservations will be accepted.The deposit can be made by using one of the following major credit cards: VISA, American Express, MasterCard, Diners Club Card, and Discover.

Overnight self-parking is available at no charge, while valet parking is $39 per day.

You may book an airport shuttle from Orlando International Airport directly through Mears’ Connect service.

RESERVATION CUT-OFF DATE
The reservation cut-off date is MONDAY, JANUARY 27, 2025Reservation requests received after this date are subject to guest room availability. Prevailing rates will apply 
 

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT
Check in is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m. If arriving early, sleeping rooms may not be available. Luggage may be stored with the hotel’s guest services staff. There may be a late charge for departures after 12 noon.

RESERVATION CONFIRMATION - CANCELLATION
Refund of deposit for cancellation will be returned if made eight days prior to scheduled arrival and a cancellation number is obtained. Otherwise, deposit is forfeited.

PARKING AT THE RESORT
Self-Parking - complimentary as long as you are a guest of the hotel.
Valet - $35.00 per day

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS (LSBA)
Cancellation of registration must be received in writing by the LSBA no later than February 3, 2025. Cancellations will receive a full refund, less a $30 administrative charge. Absolutely no refunds will be made after February 3, 2025.
