A civil litigant can request to proceed In Forma Pauperis (IFP) if they meet certain financial eligbility requirements. If an IFP request is granted, it allows a civil litigant to proceed without the pre-payment of court costs.For more information Click here

  • The provisional driver’s license allows people who were incarcerated for one year or more to obtain a temporary license, good for one year, despite the existence of certain blocks that would otherwise suspend driving privileges.
