Every tort claim, regardless of its basis, has two basic issues—liability and damages. Causes for the injury may fall under intentional, negligence, or strict liability.  A personal injury case determines whether the defendant is liable for the damages sustained, as well as the nature and extent of the damages. This seminar will cover different aspects of a personal injury case, including case evaluation, experts, motions, mediation, and tips for winning your case. Ethics and professionalism credit included.
