Early registration is encouraged as space is limited. Upon receipt of paid registration, we will forward a confirmation to your email address of record with the LSBA.


Member registration includes: Seminar attendance, continental breakfast on mornings of meetings, coffee breaks, and electronic seminar manual provided via link.

SEMINAR MANUAL ~ This program is Paper-Free! Electronic seminar manual will be accessible via a link where attendees can download/save OR download/print the seminar materials. The link will be sent to the email address of record you provided to the LSBA, prior to the seminar. We suggest you print the materials in advance and bring them with you. Internet access will not be available in the meeting room.If you choose to review the materials from your electronic device, we strongly suggest you charge the device’s battery, as electrical outlets may be limited. Internet access will not be available in the meeting room.
**On-Site Registrants will be provided the link to download electronic course materials at the time of registration. No printed materials will be available.**

CLE CREDITS: This program has been approved for CLE credit, including ethics and professionalism.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS ~ The Westin Verasa Napa
Ideally located  just down the road from Oxbow Public Market and right across the street from the famous Napa Wine Train, you can immerse yourself in Napa Valley's world-class wineries and spend some time exploring the vibrant downtown retail and dining district.

COVID PROTOCOLS ~ Napa county mandate requires masks to be worn in any indoor space regardless of vaccine status. Please visit Napa Mandate - Face Covering FAQs. As of August 2020, all hotel meeting rooms have been updated with needle point ionizations & added restore Air Oxidizers to each guest room. The hotel will have disposable masks readily available to all guests.  

Room Rates ~ The room rate at The Westin Verasa Napa is $274 per night (single occupancy ONLY) excluding $25 nightly amenity fee and taxes of 15.195%. The hotel only offers rooms with KING beds.  

The above rate will be honored only from March 22(check-in)-April 2 (check-out), 2022, subject to availability. Members are urged to register early, as there are only a limited number of rooms available at the discounted rates listed above.        

Cut-Off Date ~ Cut-off date for reservation is Tuesday, Feb. 22, 2022. Reservation requests received after this date are subject to guest room availability. Prevailing rates will apply. 

Check In/Check Out ~ Check in is 4:00 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m.. If arriving early, sleeping rooms may not be available. Luggage may be stored with the hotel's guest services staff.

Reservation Confirmation / Cancellation ~ (The Westin Verasa Napa Hotel)
A major credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are accepted. Deposits will be refunded for rooms cancelled within 72 hours prior to arrival date. Name changes to room reservations may be made up to date of arrival at no charge.

Cancellations & Refunds (LSBA)
Cancellation of registration must be received in writing by the LSBA no later than Friday, Feb. 25. Cancellations will receive a full refund, less a $30 administrative charge. Absolutely no refunds will be made after Friday, Feb. 25.
