We suggest you print the materials in advance and bring them with you. Internet access will not be available in the meeting room.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS - Room rate at the Charleston Place is $425/night (single/double occupancy) excluding hotel room tax of 14% and $2 destination fee per room night occupied. The above rate will be honored pre- and post- seminar dates based on availability at the time of the request. Reservation Cut Off Date!
Cut-off date for reservation is February 10, 2026. Reservation requests received after this date are subject to guest room availability. Prevailing rates will apply. The LSBA room block is reserved for seminar attendees only. In order to reserve a hotel room (2 rooms maximum allowed), you must be registered for the seminar.

Check in/Check out:
Check in is 4:00 p.m. and check out time is 12:00 p.m. If arriving early, sleeping rooms may not be available. Luggage may be stored with the hotel’s guest services staff.

Reservation Confirmation/Cancellation - (The Charleston Place)
No deposit required. All reservation requests at The Charleston Place will be canceled in accordance with the hotel's cancellation policy, currently 24 hours prior to arrival. Name changes to room reservations may be made up to date of arrival at no charge.

Seminar Cancellations & Refunds - (LSBA)
Cancellation of registration must be received in writing by the LSBA no later than Friday, Feb. 13. Cancellations will receive a full refund, less a $30 administrative charge. Absolutely no refunds will be made after Friday, Feb. 13.
