for the tenth year of the ONLY conference dedicated completely to the small office practitioner.  THE one-stop conference for your entire CLE requirement - multitracks of relevant topics, top vendors, and notable speakers from all over the U.S. -  substantive law updates (more of them this year!), law office management, latest legal tech, ethics, professionalism - it's all here!  Don't miss this popular conference!

Among the featured speakers:

  • Craig Ball, a Texas litigator extraordinaire who now calls the Big Easy his home, is an e-discovery and computer forensics wizard.  A master speaker, having delivered more than 750 presentations and papers, he is particularly eloquent on computer forensics. He’s been quoted as saying that it’s the “art of teasing human drama out of bits and bytes.” So true.  You can gather data all you want, but unless it helps your clients put a story together, it is of little value. You may already be familiar with Ball's previous monthly column for the ABA's Law Technology News, “Ball in Your Court.”  He still pens a popular blog of the same name, ballinyourcourt.com.  After listening to him in person, you'll feel as if you’ve gained 10 IQ points (as well as the applicable CLE credit).
  • Catherine Sanders Reach is returning to the Big Easy and to this conference with her informative and easy-to-understand technology presentations.  She is the Director, Law Practice Management and Technology for the Chicago Bar Association, and was previously the Director at the American Bar Association’s Legal Technology Resource Center for over ten years.  She is a past member the ABA TECHSHOW Planning Board (serving in this capacity from 2007-2009 and 2014-2016) and is on the Editorial Advisory Board for Law Technology News, Law.com’s LegalTechnology and Law Practice Today.  She is armed with a master’s degree in Library and Information Studies from the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa.

Some 2016 reviews:
"Best all-in-one stop CLE there is."

"Nice to have vendors there for Q&A about their products.  Even better to talk with fellow solos about tech solutions that have worked for them."

"Intelligent, relevant programming.  Stuff you can use!"

"If you're a solo, you should to go to this conference.  Great deal and excellent."
