ATJ Commission Position: Unrestricted Appointment

Stephen Dwyer is a partner in the law firm of Dwyer, Cambre & Suffern, APLC. His primary practice is in the areas of business transactions, business litigation and commercial real estate development.  Mr. Dwyer has negotiated, documented, and closed numerous transactions in a wide range of commercial uses throughout the state of Louisiana.  Mr. Dwyer is a member of many professional organizations including the Louisiana State Bar Association where he has served on numerous committees and is currently serving as President-Elect for the 2021-22 term.  Mr. Dwyer received his J.D., Magna Cum Laude, in 1976 from Loyola University in New Orleans, wherein he was Editor in Chief of Loyola Law Review.  He has also held adjunct faculty positions at Loyola University School of Law.  Mr. Dwyer was named in Who’s Who Among American Lawyers and has been named an Honoree for Leadership in Law by the New Orleans CitiBusiness publication.
