Michelle LaRose
Michelle serves as the LSBA’s chief financial officer and oversees maintenance of the roll of attorneys, as well as collection of the LSBA dues and LADB assessment. She works closely with the treasurer, executive director and the external auditors. She directs all accounting and financial related activities for the LSBA in accordance with association policy and generally accepted accounting principles, while maintaining internal accounting controls and establishing financial processes and procedures. Michelle joined the staff in September 2016.

Kim Lane Vitale
Kim maintains member data in the Association management database, including adding new members, facilitating status changes and posting annual dues. She handles requests for rental of membership lists. Kim supervises membership as the team facilitates members’ requests. Kim joined the staff in 2000.

Maryja Serigny
Maryja devotes most of her time to processing Attorney Registration Statements, Section Membership Applications and updating member data in the association management database. She also handles requests for certificates of good standing, replacement membership cards and provides departmental clerical support. She joined the staff in 2005.
