The mission of the Access to Justice Committee is to assure that every Louisiana citizen has access to competent civil legal representation by promoting and supporting a broad based and effective justice community through collaboration between the Louisiana State Bar Association, the Louisiana Bar Foundation, Louisiana Law Schools, private practitioners, local bar associations, pro bono programs and legal aid providers.

The Louisiana District Attorney Association's mission is to improve the office of District Attorney by enhancing the effectiveness and professionalism of Louisiana's District Attorneys and their staffs through education, legislative involvement, liaison, and information sharing.

A nonprofit law office that represents indigent defendants sentenced to death in Louisiana and serves as a resource for capital defense attorneys through training and consultations.
Capital Post-Conviction Project of Louisiana
Provides direct representation to death-sentenced Louisiana clients in post-conviction; implments procedure for appointing counsel are affirmed on direct appeal; and assists pro bono civil law firms representing capital post-conviction clients
Louisiana Appellate Project
Provides appellate services for indigent defendants in all non-capital felony appeals in all Louisiana districts
Innocence Project of New Orleans
A nonprofit law office providing investigation and representation for innocent prisoners serving life sentences in Louisiana
Defender Services Program
The social services and outreach division of the Orleans Public Defenders office offering holistic, community-oriented representation and range of supplemental legal/social services to clients of the Public Defenders
