Applications for Business Bankruptcy Law certification and/or Consumer Bankruptcy Law certification are accepted through the first three quarters of each year (January through September). Although the written test(s) for certification is administered by the American Board of Certification, attorneys may apply for certification approval of the Louisiana Board of Legal Specialization simultaneously with the testing agency.
